WIC-1ENET in 3620 PROBLEM

Hi. I have a problem. Last week a bought a Cisco 3620 router with 2x Ethernets and 2xToken rings. I had put a wic-1enet card from my cisco 1720 router to the 3620. It doesn't work with this interface. Waht is the problem? the cisco IOS verison is 12.2(23)

Module WIC-1ENET is not supported on 3600 platform.

Hi

did u reset your box after inserting the card ? i guess 3620 arent OIR capable so u need to do a reset so that the box can detect or sense the card.

also can you paste show diag and show version o/p taken from your box ?
