Sir ,

I am attaching the output of serial controller of WIC-1T card .

What I understand is that Clock from Media Service Provider is not being detected by WIC-1T card ?

Can some more troubleshooting be done so as to finally resolve problem...

Hi Aman,

DTE Unknown (13) clocks stopped" this error message you get when either you have a bad DTE cable or its the wic card.

Please try swapping the DTE cablewith a spare one.Can you swap this card with the any another if you have one.

In most cases the message "DTE Unknown (13) clocks stopped" is due to a faulty WIC.

We had changed the Serial cable along with WIC card..Problem is resolved.
