Will IOS support conditional static nat?

Dear all,

If the router see the route A in the routing table, it will static nat host A to X, if route A is not present, router will static nat host B to X.

Thanks,

Re: Will IOS support conditional static nat?

You can use EEM to dynamical change router configuration based on events:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/iosswrel/ps6537/ps6555/ps6815/config_guide_eem_configuration_for_cisco_integrated_services_router_platforms.html

Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Re: Will IOS support conditional static nat?

Looks like a very neat feature.. I didn't knew it was possible with the ISR series

This could help us remove the Radware device and have dynamic NAT changes to different provider address space based on some events
