I'm confused between "dialer string" configured under the interface configuration and "script dialer" configured uner the line interface. From my understanding is "dialer string" is used to direct the incoming call in to the modem.
Once the modem gets a request for a call, it should be dialling out using the "dialer string" configured under the interface configuration. Is my understanding correct ?. If yes then "script dialer" does not necessarily be included in the line configuration.
