I've been monitoring the 2 switchs WS-C3550-48-SMI
over the last couple weeks. Although there are no logs that give evidence, it appears there is something not quite right with these switches. From a monitoring tool that I have I can see interface resets on the Gigabit uplink port for some time now. There is a line under performance summary that states the number of state changes since midnight last night. I do not see this on the interface statistics (under carrier resets) but I have been notified of some complaints about poor performance on these switches. I can see the links are not overloaded so there must be a good explanation somewhere else up to and including something not related to the network
Please suggest me on the same

Adhi,
Can you please provide the output you are seeing?
Perhaps you are experiencing duplex-mismatch in the configuration between the switch and another device or faulty cable.

Adhi,
Based on the output provided, I don't see anything wrong with the switchport. I'm unsure what mechanisms your NMS tool uses to determine health on the switch but this interface is in good shape.
