WS-X6516A power down

Hi dears.

i installed new WS-X6516A on 6500 series switch. the module front panel led is off and the status is power down.

how i troubshouting this module? is this physical problem? or  must I  write any command to active the module?

please help me.

check

show environment

show environment power

or show power

to see if there is available power to power on the module

Did you ENABLE the power to the module?    Command:  power enable module

Can you please post the output to the command "sh log"?
