Cisco Ironport SMA is not sending reports to my e-mail account

Hi,

We have a centralized system using a SMA M170 as the manager and other two WSAs S170. All the environment is been monitored by the SMA.

I have configured some scheduled reports to send to my e-mail address, but it is not working, because I'm not receiving these reports.

Does anybody has any idea what's going on? Am I forgetting any configuration?

Regards,

Roberto

Do you have a SMTP route specified?

I, too, am having this issue.  The reporting stopped in March of 2015.  Not sure what changes would have coincided with the failure to send.

I see your comment related to SMTP routes.  I checked my routes and I don't have any defined.  I don't recall if there was ever anything on this page.

Can you please advise?

Thanks

I have same problem. We are running M170 with two WSA S100V but still we don't receive any reports via email either on demand or scheduled reports.

I have even Telnet to port 25 from the CLI and it is reachable. The SMTP Server has even whitelisted the WSA IPs.

Ali
