cisco ironport web security with Citrix

Hai All,

We are facing an issue with ironport Web security with Citrix connection. The below erro appears when trying to coonect any type of citrix like EXXON Mobil.

We ran a wireshark in the PC where citrix is running and got error like proxy authentication required.

We are using ASsync os 7.7.0 for web since we are having socks traffic as well. Anybody please clarrify me if you face similar issues before with Citrix.

Is it your intention to authenticate them so that the reports will be shown as the user?  If not, you can just exempt the Citrix server from authentication using it's IP address in an Identity.
