All you need to do is look at the access logs.
TCP_X_HIT: The object was served from the WSA cache
TCP_X_MISS: It was not served from cache
Please be aware that the majority of the internet has dynamic, uncacheable content. So you may not see more then ~15% of objects cached, which is fairly typical depending on the sites your users visit.
