Hello Jason,

On the GUI of the WSA go under System Administration ->System Upgrade->Available upgrades->Select the version you would like to upgrade to.

FYI : You can directly upgrade to 7.5 from the version you are currently on, please refer to the release note above.

I would suggest that you save a copy of your configuration GUI->  System Administration->Configuration file and schedule a downtime  before you upgrade the device since the device needs to reboot after an  upgrade. I hope this helps.

Hi Jason,

You can upgrade directly on the appliance by going to System Administration > System Upgrade.

If you want to do a local upgrade, there is a URL where you input the serial number of your appliance, and it will respond back with a download link to the image of the OS.  You will need to host that image on an HTTP server yourself, and upgrade that way.

Upgrading using the Ironport servers is the recommended way to go.
