MSN & Yahoo messenger via S160

Hello,

Some of our users are complaining that MSN & Yahoo messenger are not working well via the S160.

Most of the time they can connect, but sometimes not.

They then do a connection check via MSN, and then they can login again.

Also the connection gets interrupted every now and then, and then they need to login again.

Via direct access everything goes well, so I it looks like the Ironports don't like this programs.

As MSN & Yahoo messenger are used a lot in the world, I was wondering if somebody else has seen this before.

Hopefully someone has a solution for me, so I can fix this issue.

We have seen the same issues on our S370s with AOL IM and Cisco Webex Connect (rebranded AOL IM).  Users have various levels of success logging off and back on, but then it will quit working for a while.  Sometimes when users resave their network proxy connectivity settings (without changing any items), it starts working again.
