Unable to retrieve logs from sawmill

Hi Team,

       I have a sawmill reporter to check the logs of Ironpoat S370. But i am unable to retrieve the logs from sawmill. When i tried to retrieve the logs it shown the following set of errors. Errors has been attached. Kindly suggest for the solution.
