Ofcourse there is NO option to open these ports in WSA you must to route the traffic of required ports to directly on External Firewalls. This can be achieve via route-map policy if you are using layer 4 switch. Also you can only enable text chat of viber because as per my understanding viber can use 443 traffic for sending texts.
