WSA S160 not getting console

Hi All,

 

I am not able to get the serial console of the s160 appliance and when I look at the front panel LED status, Power LED is solid green and disk LED is off. also had rebooted the appliance for couple of time but still I am not able to access it.

Is this indicate a hardware problem..? can any one confirm on this.

Also I am not able to get serial console of the appliance.

Hi,

If you are not getting any output from console, is very likely that there is a HW. For further confirmation I suggest you to open a TAC case.
