HI Ashiq,The hardware support

HI Ashiq,

The hardware support you are looking for is not on this forum.  However, you cannot block calls from your VCS to an individual endpoint.  This can be managed at the endpoint itself using the "Do Not Disturb" feature.  Access the webUI and the feature can be found under "Configuration" or "System Configuration" depending on the firmware version you have.  Then go to the "Conference" option on the left panel, scroll down until you see the "Do Not Disturb" section.  Change the timeout to zero and the mode to "on."  This will tell your endpoint to block all incoming calls until you manually turn this feature off.

If you need further endpoint support, please use the correct forum or call TP TAC at 800-553-2447.

Regards,

Jason
