My client recently implemented WebEx-TelePresence with one SX20 endpoint. It works great when dialing URI addresses to external partners. However, one of their partners can only be dialed by a public IP address. The call fails to connect when dialing by the IP address. Is this allowed through the WebEX-TP dial plan for registered endpoints? I know the IP address is good because I can dial it from my company's C20 and my Movi client with no problem.
