I am trying to move an endpoint subscription from one endpoint to another.
I created a new activation code in the portal, and instructed the user to use the wizard to get it provisioned.
The port that the C90 is plugged into passed all of the tests successfully.
The C90 is running TC 6.4.2
I recommend factory resetting your C90 first (may need to be done from the webUI), and then using the provisioning wizard again. If that does not work I recommend calling support for further assistance. They can be reached at 877-533-4246.
