What can I do to bring this disk online?

Hi James,

From the disk display, it appears that this is a WAE-674 with 3 disks.

I think the disk should be in disk00, disk01 and disk02 - but you have placed the (new) disk in disk04.

I havn't found anywhere that this is supported.
