The browser displays the image that i attached to the discussion. The admin guide says this :
If this page does not open automatically or if you receive an error, verify that IIS permissions are set correctly. But we can't permit all the IIS services for internal politician reasons we need punctual iis services.
Normally it should be enough allowing ASP.NET v2.0.50727 from
IIS Manager > Web Services Extension
Then go to
IIS Manager > Web Sites > Default Web Site
stop and start the service.
