Hello Experts,
I have an issue with our Cisco WAAS and the MAPI protocol. There is our scenario :
- 1 WACM : WAVE-294-K9, version 5.5.3.b59
- 2 WAAS on the DC : WAVE-694-K9, version 5.5.3.b59
- X WAAS on remote site : WAVE-294-K9, version 5.5.3.b59
We want to use the MAPI encryption, we use this procedure to make it up :

We have several alarms :
Raised At: Oct 20, 2017 05:00:23 AM GMT+02:00
Description: error_encryption_service, domain_name Destination domain not found. Check the domain controller setup / DNS. Try enable/disable domain identity.
Details: Encryption Services failed to retrieve secrets.
Action: Generic error from Encryption Services Secret Retriever.

Description: error_encryption_service, domain_name l Domain Identity blacklisted. Could be due to incorrect Domain Identity password, DNS Setup.
Details: Encryption Services failed to retrieve secrets.
Action: Generic error from Encryption Services Secret Retriever.
We verified the configuration on our Active Directory but we didn't found any issue. I see this posts but nothing change :
