Need to format the WAAS compact flash

I need to format a compact flash for the WAAS.  Can you explain the format and options to format a compact flash for a WAE-674?

I tried the method I've use for our router compact flash, but it doesn't recognize the format (insert the flash in a router slot and put a new one into the other slot, but it doesn't recognize it.)

Hi Tammy,

You can do it by using the WAAS recovery CD.

Just boot the 674 with the CD inserted and select option 2.

This will reformat the flash.
