NME-WAE-502 hangs in 2951

We have just changed some infrastructure which required us to move an existing NM-WAE-502 from a 2811 router to a new 2951. This NM has performed flawlessly in the past but ever since it was moved to the 2951 it routinely "hangs". The syslog.txt file shows it working just fine then it suddenly cannot contact external sources such as the CMs or any other external IPs. When this occurs all optimization grinds to a halt and clients are no longer able to access any remote resources. I can find no errors logged anywhere, it just stops.

IOS  (C2951-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.1(3)T

The 2811 router this NM was in was running 12.4 (24) T2

The other major difference in the new setup is our WAAS system and local LAN are now in a vrf where they were not before. It took a little doing to get it going initially but it is now performing as expected until it just stops.

In order to get the WAE up and running we are having to "reset" the service module from the router. This is happening every 6 to 8 hours.

Any ideas? Anywhere to look for errors that I am overlooking?
