'no data' at manage device>My wan in Central manager.

Hi there.

I saw very strange issue on CMS. we are working more than 20 WAAS as device accelerator, and 1 for CMS.

but, nowadays, I could see 'no data' in red text at manage device > my wan in CMS.

There are two available interface, the one is for configured primary interface which is for normal Data, and the other one is for MGMT purpose only.

Today, when I tried to access as ' https://primary_interface_ip:8443',  the connection was failed. whereas, https://mgmt_interface_ip:8443, is working. Thus, I would see 'no data' when I accessed through mgmt_interface_ip:8443.

I would like know if we would like to see entire waas devices to manage then, we have to access CMS via primary_interface_ip:8443? otherwise, no matter what either we accessed via primary or mgmt interface ?

I suspected CMS is working in abnormal. so cisco tac case is still proceeding but, I would like to get some advice in here how to do troubleshoot this issue.
