Hi ,
The node manager tried restarting the specified service but the service kept restarting. The number of restarts has exceeded an internal limit and the service has been disabled.
Try below mentioned steps one by one to clear the alarm.
1) Restart the device.
2) Remove the device from the WAAS CM, reload and add the device back to CM.
3) load the ios again and reload the device.
Final one if the alarm has not gone away in above mentioned any one of the step then you need use
4) use recovery cd option and load the ios.
