Router order of operation when WCCP, IOS firewall, and routing coexist?

On an WAN router where WCCP redirection, ip inspection, routing, QoS, IPSec, and NAT are configured, what's the order of router operation on the LAN and WAN side? I have seen a flow chart a couple of years back. So I'm hoping to see an updated one.

Well, I am not sure how old this is but we still use this as a good reference because any change in this priority order can cause lot of issues on the other side.
