The interface inlineport 1/0/wan is in bypass mode

Hi Team,

Recently we have configured the WAE device in my network, now today one major alram is showing on device and internet is very slow access.(Cisco 7541)

Unable acess to telnet or ssh , but i am able to ping and GUI access, but in central manager it showing registered

Inteface configuration

interface InlineGroup 1/0

inline vlan all

autosense

exit

InlinePort are showing as bypass mode .All the users are facing internet access slowness issue

Model :OE7541

Ver: 5.0.3a

I have observed below Errors

The interface inlineport 1/0/wan is in bypass mode

Hi Johnson,

It could be a problem with inline card and i would suggest opening a TAC case to futher investigate. We have seen false alarm related to inline card going to bypass mode and can be ignored if you see optimization happening but it doesn't seem to be the case here since performance has been impacted here which is clear indication that optmization may not be happening.
