When I try to see the connection statistics in WAAS CM running version 4.1.5(C) I'm getting the following popup that "connection list truncated, click on refresh or provide additional filters". I tried both but no luck with either. If I go on to the WAAS device I can definitely see the connections from "show statistics connection" command. Also there are four other WAAS devices for which I do not see this problem.
Look to see if there is a device such as a FW or an IDS limiting traffic on port 443 between this device and the CM. Make sure there is two way communication between the devices. Make a change to the hostname in the device and see if it is pushed up to the CM. Then in the CM change it back and see if it is pushed down.
