Hi

One of my customers have a simple waas setup, One central manager (OI274) and one waas on the central site (OE674)(europe), two waas in China (OE574 and OE264)

Now, the central OE674 stands as "offline" on the central manager.

They are both on the same lan 192.168.1.3 and 192.168.1.4, and i can acccess them both.

I have tryed to deactivate the OE674 and activate it again, still offline.

Software version is 4.4.3a

Hey,

Did you remove it from the Central Manager and then reenable from the CLI WAAS accelerator by doing

(config)# cms enable  or how did you try to do it?

If you want to analyze the possible core files generated you can open a TAC case for deeper analysis.

Jorge

Mark if it was useful then others can use it as reference in the future.

I was just deactivating / activating from central manager.

Tryed to do a

CMS enable

But got an error .. no primary interface configured.

Did a

Primary interface inlinegroup 1/0

And it is online now !

Thanks

Where are the "User space Core files" ?

I guess that i can just delete them ?
