Hi,
We have expanded SNMP monitoring for WAAS via normal SNMP, Please see below
This can be used in any tool / SNMP monitoring software to get important conters. Hope this helps.

Cisco WAAS Flow Monitoring is different from the usual NetFlow available on Cisco devices and so your usual NetFlow analysis tools from the market cannot process them.
From what I have heard, Cisco WAAS Flow Monitoring is vendor specific and these flows can be processed only by NetQoS and you will need NetQoS SuperAgent for this. The NetQoS SuperAgent processes the flows received from WAAS FlowAgent (which again was developed by NetQoS) sitting on the WAE. More details in the below link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/nsite/enterprise/wan/wan_optimization/chap04.html#wp1053045
But there are API's available for WAAS monitoring using which any analyzer tools can report on the performance of your WAAS optimization. ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer supports WAAS reporting using API. More information in the below link:
http://www.manageengine.com/products/netflow/help/add-ons/waas/about-waas.html
For the type of reports available, check the below link:
ManageEngine's WAAS reporting does not even require a license and data is pulled using API's. So, in effective you may not even have to purchase the tool.

thanks Don, but I didn't see anything say free other than 30 days trial. do you have the link ?

You can install the trial and the product moves to free edition after 30 days. There are options to converti it to free without having to run trial. But so as not to hijack this thread with ManageEngine material, can you send an email to netflowanalyzer-support@manageengine.com and the support team will assist or you can send me a private message and I will reply with the details.
