WAE-294 with IOS 4.4.7 version having temparature alarms

Hi ,

We are facing a issue with the device of model WAE-294 with version 4.4.7 having alarms of temparature

the alarm on Central manager is "Major:Device temperature (Environment Temp) exceeded the threshold limit" and on the device

they are like

"

Op Sev Alarm ID             Module/Submodule     Instance

     -- --- -------------------- -------------------- --------------------

   1 R  Ma  temp_high            sysmon/temp_environ  non-critical

     Jun 29 18:34:05.978 UTC, Equipment Alarm, #000001, 1000:445032

Device temperature (Environment Temp) exceeded the threshold limit

Op - Operation: R-Raised, C-Cleared

Sev - Severity: Cr-Critical, Ma-Major, Mi-Minor

. Please suggest any answer for this. And also how to find the temparature of the WAE device? Is there any command in CLI or in Central manager is there and provision for that ?

pls check whether what is the status of LED's on front panel. if LED status is normal as per

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/app_ntwk_services/waas/wave/installation/294/guide/294intr.html#wp1062977

you can alos check bmc logs for any temp issue

sh bmc event-log all

if things are good and it seems to be false alarm then it could be CSCty10733

workaround to clear the alarm.
 clear bmc event-log

 reload
