WAE inline integration & CMS communication ports

Hi all,

i need to deploy WAE with inline card towards two routers. as i understand, i need to use each group ports (lan 0 & wan 0, lan 1 & wan 1) to each router.

i am using the wae as a vlan mapping, ingress vlan 700 egress vlan 701 (interface vlan on routers is 701). is there any deployment limitation i should know about ?

another question is that the CMS is sitting behind a FW. each remote WAE is using OOB Management. which ports should i open at the FW ?, is it only 443 ?

Avi,

All of the communication between the WAAS devices and the Central Manager uses tcp/443.  Note that connections can be initiated from either direction, so your firewall rules should account for that.
