WAVE-574 Cannot determine boot device! Platform initialization failed. OS 4.4.5c.4

We try to install OS thru CD waas-rescue-cdrom-4.4.5c.4-k9.iso in 2 WAVE-574 for prepare for the customer production environment.

Unfortunately both appliance can't reach boot menu, we try to burn a lot of CDs, but the problem seems to be with version 4.4.5 and something with our hardware:

Attached scsi removable disk sdc at scsi4, channel 0, id 0, lun 0

Cannot determine boot device!

Platform initialization failed.

Please contact Cisco TAC for assistance.

We try to install thru rescue CD with 2 different OS and all terminate with successfull!!!

waas-rescue-cdrom-4.3.5.7-k9.iso

WAAS-4.1.5f.2-rescue-cdrom-K9.iso

I upgrade thru FTP Image file .bin

WAVE-574I#copy ftp install 10.0.0.1 \ waas-universal-4.4.5c.4-k9.bin

256 sectors total, 14 sectors free.

At the reload this is the same issue:

Cannot determine boot device!

Unrecognized or non-functioning hardware.  Initialization cannot proceed.

Which could be the cause that this code can't run in 2 Appliance?
