WAVE-694-K9 pulled standard RDIMM

Hi All,

Partner has a Wave-694-K9 with standard 16GB memory, but one 4GB RDIMM had been removed.

They are looking at replacing the 4GB RDIMM and don't know where to buy it.

They do not want to purchase the 24GB upgrade, but looking at replacing the misplaced 4GB RDIMM.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

If the device has contract with Cisco or vendor then you can  open a case and ask them to replace the faulty 4 GB RAM.

or you can buy the RAM from open market available
