My 7920 phone keeps telling me that no call managers were found though call managers are listed in the current configuration on the phone. Other 7920 phones work fine.
What is the problem?
If the CM list is correct, then more than likely the TFTP setting is correct.
Once it gets the CM list it tries to create a TCP connection to the primary CM. If that's not working, you may want to try to factory default that phone to ensure there is no config issue.
I have just restored factory defaults. The problem is still there..
Are you sure that your network settings are correct? Do you have network connectivity with the phone? Can you see the phone's web page?
Even if it appears that the phone is connected, you have to make sure that it is.
If you are sure that the phone is correctly connected to the AP, and it has the correct IP and settings, then try to raise an RMA with Cisco.
This is not a hardware issue, so an RMA is not warranted.
