7920 cannot associate to a 350 series AP

Hi,

We have the following scenario:

Two 350 series APs running the latest firmware, one 7920 and several laptops using pcmcia cards.

We set up everything to have the system running, VLANs, LEAP, etc.

The phone successfully associates and authenticates to one of the access points, but not to the other.

We have the following warning in the AP log:

Station 000d282e6019 Failed Association, status "Can Not Support All Requested Capabilities"

Both APs running the same firmware with the same config.

Any guesses?

Try changing the mode of "Root bridge" to "Non-root-Bridge with client". This mode will allow other non-root bridges, root-bridges and wireless clients to associate to it. Next, change the non root bridge to Root Bridge.
