What I mean, by "Industrialized," is, has anyone deployed these phones to a manufactuing shop floor environement? Could you hear the phone ring? Could you feel it vibrate? How about when your talking on the phone, can you hear the other end ok? Please let me know your thoughts.
Of course this all depends on the level of noise in your area, but the 7921 has a separate speaker for the ringer, where the 7920 shared the same speaker for ringer and earpiece, so had limited ringing volume due to possibility of being next to the user's ear.
I would suggest to get a 7921 and trial it to see if it meets your needs.
