We have 12 7921's at one of our locations that work, but show a Status of Unknown an and IP Address of Unknown in the CallManager Administration page.
Does anyone have any ideas about what could be causing this?

Did you reboot the CallManager after applying the devpack to enable 7921 support?
Can also try restarting the CM service in a scheduled maintenance window.

Sorry for the delay in response.
This is on a box we assumed control of after a vender initially set it up.
Can you tell if we have 7921 support by seeing the software package versions?

If the phone can register, then you have 7921 device support. But after applying SR or devpack, supposed to reboot the server. Was this done?
