Hi,
This is a really simple question but I cannot seem to find a solution:
On a 7925G, when I dial a number using digits and then push "Send" (Green) button, nothing happens. Also if I choose "Dial" from Actions, nothing happens. On another hand, if I push "Send" button first, I hear dialtone and can dial.
This is a UC500 with CME 8, Phone FW is 1.3.3
The nearest I came to defining send key "action" was a
service phone sendKeyAction
command, but the described behaviour does not change, does not matter if it is set to 0 or 1.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Delete the ephone-dn-template will solve this problem.

Hi,
I had the same problem and i resolved it by recreating the cnf-files under the telephone-serivce .
#conf t
(config)#telephony-service
(config-telephony)#create cnf-files
