Do you have this AP in autonomous mode or Lightweight mode ???

If you this as Lightweight then you can restrict client per WLAN:

Here is the procedure:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6366/products_configuration_example09186a0080b9c159.shtml

If Autonomous then:

1st method: I am not sure about this method:

You can limit per SSID:

AP(config-ssid)# max-associations 20

The above example allows for 20 clients only to connect to the SSID. Change the number as you need.

2nd:

You can use mac filter.

You can use the command

 AP#max-association

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/12-2_13_JA/configuration/guide/i12213sc/s13ssid.html

to limit the users but do the capacity planning before limiting the users

posted below answer :-

The below link gives you idea about max allowed clients and also how to limit the maximum clients per WLAN.

You wil have to go to advanced tab of WLAN on WLC and enter the number of maximum clients that can be connected to the given WLAN.
