What is the Throughput of Cisco Controller 7500 & 8500 ?
Do these controllers have features like Aruba Firewall which is activated at aruba using a license ? that can provide stateful firewall roles ?

No... How Aruba and Cisco does things are total different. There is no stateful firewall on the Cisco WLC's.

Telnet-1-2,
The other thing is that the 7500 is strictly for FlexConnect which in the Aruba works is bridge mode. The 8500 is the high end WLC that supports local mode, FlexConnect, MESH, etc.
The 8500 has 2 10gig interfaces and supports up to 6000 access points and 64,000 clients.
The big difference with Aruba, Cisco and other vendors is that Aruba uses roles which others don't.
Here is the data sheet for the 8500

7500 is having 1Gbps of max throughput where as 8500 is having10Gbps throughput. This is not I/O capacity & it is central switching bandwidth of these controller. Refer below for other feature comparisons as well.
