I been experiencing multiple failures on Cisco 7941 and 7961 phones.
When there is an incomming call and you lift the handset to answer, the phone continues to ring or transfers to speaker mode.
I have rest the phone back to factory defaults, but th eproblem still persists.
Has anyone experienced the same problem?
Or is this a hardware fault and should I just RMA the phone?
This is a phone issue but you've posted this in the WIRELESS section. You can MOVE this thread (upper right-hand corner).
Once try by upgrading the firmware.
If the problem persists, then go for RMA the phone as a hardware fault.
