Hi all,
I am facining an issue with 7925 ip phones. My enviroment has a WLC 5508 , Lightweight 1041 and 1602 access points. The problem is that the ip phones occasionally flap wireless is connection. The signal comes and goes rapidly and it may take 1-2 minutes to connect again. When i do the survey i see that there is coverege and occasionally i see that there more than one access points on the same channel but usually on of them is at really low dbi.
Any ideas what to look for?

Make sure your wireless phones are running firmware 1.4(3) and higher.

Ok, that's a good start.
1041 means there is only 802.11b. So what is your wireless network like? Is CleanAir enabled?
Where does the signal fluctuate: 802.11a or 802.11b radio?
