Cisco Phone for Hospitals or People with Disablilities?

Is there any Cisco phone or IP based phone that works with the Cisco system that has the digital numbers on the hand receiver of the phone. This must not be wireless. i.e.) Hospital maternity ward is looking for a phone that would have the touch pad for the numbers on the phone handset. Can't be wireless as the phone may walk away in a busy hospital but will be connected to 7911 or other type of Cisco phone with long phone cable.
