Our company has a dozen 7925G wifi phones that are used in a call center environment. There is not heavy use in this office, a call center agent has talk time ranging from 30 minutes to about 2 hours a day.
We purchased Plantronics Model H171N head sets for these phones. Blue tooth is NOT an option as we get interference/call quality problems with blue tooth.
These wired head sets from Plantronics require a simple adapter (P/N 65287-01) that fail after about 1-2 months of use. They fail to work anymore, and I have to replace for user immediately in order for phone to work.
Does anyone have any other wired head sets that work well in this environment? Noise canceling is important but would rather have more prolonged life from head set connection. Are there head sets out there that dont require an adapter? Please advise, thank you.

The script should be completely self explanatory.
