We are currently testing two 7921Gs, then will deploy the remaining 98 phones.
We are experiencing a couple of issues:
When a call comes thru, sometimes call is picked up when answer button is pressed. Other times you have to press Answer button a couple of times, or you just can't pick up the call.
If you miss a call, the phone continues to ring and you can't stop it. After x number of rings, device re-registers with CM.
If you are on a call and press end call button, sometimes phone won't hang up.
After about a minute phone re-registers.
7921Gs currently connect to our Symbol switch (WS-2000) and Symbol AP (AP300).
Load on 7921G is CP7921G-1.0.4.
Any ideas or suggestions?

There is only full support and guarantee for interoperability with the Cisco AP solutions.
So it seems there are some connectivity issues at times here. Could be RF or network related. If you press answer key, then will send the SCCP packet to the CM, but appears the CM is not getting it.
Can reference the 7921G Deployment Guide to ensure you deployment is inline.

Would advise you to open a TAC case for further assistance.

Our issue was resolved when we reverted back to firmware version 1.0.3.
We decided to revert back after reviewing the Call Manager 4.1(3)SR5d Release Notes and saw that the 7921G firmware version included in that release is CP7921G-1.0.3.
