Own WiSM resets DSCP value to 0

Hello, i got a tricky problem here.

I set up a voice ssid with its own vlan. this wlan has platinum qos.

all the APs are connected and basic network works just fine.

however when two 7920 telephones connect to the same WiSM (no matter they connect to the same AP on that WiSM or different APs on that WiSM) the following thing occurs:

the traffic from the 7920 phone to the wism has the correct dscp value (46 aka 0x2e). the traffic coming back from the wism going to the other 7920 phone has no dscp marking (0 aka 0x00).

the weired thing is, that if two 7920 phones connect to two different APs on different WiSMs, then the dscp value is transfered correctly. also using a 7920 phone calling a 7960 phone brings the correct dscp value of incoming and outgoing traffic to the AP.

any suggestions?
