I'm having a problem where if a call is present at a handset, the phone doesn't ring to indicate that someone is calling.
This results in the user missing the call. The user can look at the wireless phone and see that a call is present but the phone just doesn't ring. Anybody have any clues about this issue?

We have a similar problem with missed calls, but the phones DO NOT indicate any call is being attempted.
The caller gets a fast busy.

If is only an intermittent issue, then means the phone has lost the CallManager connection before Ring In message is received by the phone. Want to ensure ARP caching is enabled and DTPC is enabled. Recommend to use version 3.01 for the 7920 and 12.3(8)JEA for autonomous AP or 4.0 for Airespace controller.
