I have a question regarding how I should setup QOS in my environment.
Right now I have all the AP ports, Uplink ports and the Voice Gateway ports set to MLS QOS TRUST DSCP
Should any trunk ports along the way maybe be set to TRUST COS instead?
Also on the 6500 with the Wisms I have QOS setup wtih
wism switch 1 module 1 controller 1 qos-trust dscp
We are trying to get some Ascom phones stable and in the phone logs we can see:
0:0487:905:7 - [Information] Voice Rx IP DSCP: 0x00 UP: 60:0488:759:2 - [Information] Voice Tx IP DSCP: 0x2e UP: 6
According to Ascom we should be getting a 0x2e value up and down. So I think we may be losing QOS at some point along the way.
