The hostflapping messages are normal with a 4500 series switch, a bug was filed on it. Basically as of 12.1(20)EW2 the command that suppressed these messages was removed. The bug is asking to have it readded. The switch sees the client's mac coming from different switchports because of roaming between AP's and generates the log message. There shouldn't be any performance or functionality impact due to this message.
