My client wants to know what values are being passed for voice. they have a standard config on their switches and want to make sure the wireless network matches with the LAN side. would I just configure those values on the switch ports that the WiSM is connected to?

Enter the service-port interface IP configuration protocol, either "none" or "DHCP". If you do not want to use the service port or if you want to assign a static IP address to the service port, enter "none".

wireless qos configuration includes specifying traffic, prioritizing traffic and congestion management but is limited to a point as APs do not classify packets, construct internal dscp values or match packets using acls.
